Two separate logins
The client area handles services, invoices and support. DirectAdmin manages hosting, files and mailboxes.
Log in through your client dashboard
Log in to your client area, then click Services. On the right of the relevant hosting service, click the dropdown arrow. You will find the DirectAdmin login button in that menu.
Find your login
Check your hosting activation email for the control panel address and credentials. Use the HTTPS address supplied for your service.
If access fails
Open a request in the client area with your domain and the error message. Do not send passwords through the public contact form.
